Srinivas Koneru

Founder, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Srinivas Koneru is the Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of Triterras. He has over 35 years of professional experience focused on technology and manufacturing. Prior to founding Triterras and developing the Kratos platform, he co-founded Rhodium in 2012 and serves on its board of directors. Before Rhodium, he exited Exxova Inc., an IT development and services company, where he grew revenues from zero to over US$80 million. Prior to this, Koneru was a partner and CEO of Lanco Global Systems, Inc. where he successfully turned around three underperforming IT companies. Before Lanco, Koneru worked for a large systems integrator at GE Power Systems in the United States, leading a team of over 200 consultants to provide business intelligence solutions worldwide. Koneru holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.

Alvin Tan

Director and Chief Financial Officer

Alvin Tan is a director and CFO of Triterras. He has over 20 years of experience as Group CFO and Finance Controller in several leading commodity trading firms. He spent 15 years at Cargill, working in Cargill Trade & Structured Finance Pte Ltd and Cargill Asia Pacific Treasury Ltd. Prior to joining Triterras, Tan worked at Golden Agri Resources and Musim Mas Holdings. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University of Technology.

Sri Vasireddy

Chief Technology Officer

Sri Vasireddy is serving as Chief Technology Officer of Triterras and has over 20 years of experience in information technology, cloud computing and systems integration. Prior to joining Triterras, Vasireddy served as CTO of Global Services and Solutions at Hitachi Vantara where he led the Cloud and the IoT solutions as a service platform business. He joined Hitachi through an acquisition of REAN Cloud, a business he founded. REAN Cloud was recognized as a top technology company in Northern Virginia and won a historic US$950 million DoD (U.S. Department of Defense) cloud services contract before being acquired by Hitachi. Vasireddy was also an early employee in Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) Worldwide Public Sector team and has led key migration and modernization projects for several global organizations. Vasireddy holds a Master’s in Computer Science from George Mason University and an MBA from Duke University. He has developed a delivery model for cloud-based solutions that democratizes access to computing and accelerates innovation. He was also the Founding Director of a non-profit, Asha-Jyothi, which provides education for underprivileged children in India.

James Groh Sr.

Executive Vice President, Investor Relations

James H. Groh, Sr. is the Executive Vice President of Triterras. He has extensive experience in the financial and technology industry as an operating executive with both publicly traded and private companies, as well as advisory and investment banking experience to companies seeking a listing in the US capital markets. He also has consulting experience as a workout/turnaround executive. Groh was Executive Vice President of International Imaging Materials (IIMAK) during their IPO listing on Nasdaq. Groh has also assisted over 20 companies in achieving their public listing goals in the U.S. as an advisor or investment banker. He previously held FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. His experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning resulted in his co-authorship of “The Road of Capital,” published in 2014. He has served on the board of directors of International Imaging Materials Inc., Artpark and the Canisius College Center for Entrepreneurship. Groh holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ashish Srivastava

Chief Commercial Officer

Ashish Srivastava is the Senior Vice President of Technology of Triterras. He is a certified blockchain expert who has over 15 years of experience in technology and innovation. Srivastava began his career in the B2B industry as a business consultant, managing several software application projects in enterprise software application development, RFID technologies, fintech solutions and mobile application development. Srivastava holds an MBA from the International Institute of Information Technology in Pune and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

Anand Nagaraj

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Anand Nagaraj is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Triterras. He is responsible for the management and growth of the Middle East business. He founded Invoice Bazaar and served as its CEO until its sale to Triterras in May 2021. Nagaraj has 18 years of financial services and fintech experience in South Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Prior to founding Invoice Bazaar in 2016, he served as Senior Vice President at Citibank heading the Middle East Commercial Banking Products including Supply Chain Financing. Nagaraj is based in Dubai and manages strategic financial institution relationships in the United Arab Emirates. He holds a Post Graduate Program in Management qualification from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and completed a Fintech Certificate Course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
