Management Team

Srinivas Koneru is the Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of Triterras. He has over 35 years of professional experience focused on technology and manufacturing. Prior to founding Triterras and developing the Kratos platform, he co-founded Rhodium in 2012 and serves on its board of directors. Before Rhodium, he exited Exxova Inc., an IT development and services company, where he grew revenues from zero to over US$80 million. Prior to this, Koneru was a partner and CEO of Lanco Global Systems, Inc. where he successfully turned around three underperforming IT companies. Before Lanco, Koneru worked for a large systems integrator at GE Power Systems in the United States, leading a team of over 200 consultants to provide business intelligence solutions worldwide. Koneru holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.

Alvin Tan is the CFO of Triterras. He has over 20 years of experience as Group CFO and Finance Controller in several leading commodity trading firms. He spent 15 years at Cargill, working in Cargill Trade & Structured Finance Pte Ltd and Cargill Asia Pacific Treasury Ltd. Prior to joining Triterras, Tan worked at Golden Agri Resources and Musim Mas Holdings. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University of Technology.

Sri Vasireddy is the Chief Technology Officer of Triterras. He has over 20 years of experience in information technology, cloud computing and systems integration. Prior to joining Triterras, Vasireddy served as CTO of Global Services and Solutions at Hitachi Vantara, where he led the Cloud and the IoT solutions as a service platform business. He joined Hitachi through an acquisition of REAN Cloud, a business he founded. REAN Cloud was recognized as a top technology company in Northern Virginia which had won major contracts and recognition awards from DoD (U.S. Department of Defense) cloud services contract.

Prior to this, Vasireddy was an early employee in Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) Worldwide Public Sector team and led key migration and modernization projects for several global organizations. He has developed a delivery model for cloud-based solutions that democratizes access to computing and accelerates innovation, and was also the Founding Director of a non-profit, Asha-Jyothi, which provides education for underprivileged kids in India. Vasireddy holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and an MBA from Duke University.

Ashish Srivastava is the Chief Commercial Officer of Triterras.

He is a certified blockchain expert who has over 17 years of experience in technology and innovation.

Ashish began his career in the B2B industry as a business consultant, managing several software and security projects in track & trace technologies, Fintech solutions and mobile applications.

Ashish has worked on several security and automation turnkey projects for the Singapore and Dubai governments. He also worked on financial inclusion projects in the Fintech space for Indian banks.

Ashish holds an MBA from the International Institute of Information Technology in Pune, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

Ram currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Triterras.

Ram brings with him over 19 years of experience across various industries in business development, technology, commodity trade finance and trade in soft commodities, metals, petroproducts, and shipping, across various geographies, including the Middle-East, India, Europe, Americas and South East Asia.

Ram has led Treasury and Corporate Finance functions of large commodity houses in Singapore and in the Middle-East.

Ram has completed his post graduate programme at University of Westminster in the United Kingdom.
