Srinivas Koneru is the Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of Triterras. He has over 35 years of professional experience focused on technology and manufacturing. Prior to founding Triterras and developing the Kratos platform, he co-founded Rhodium in 2012 and serves on its board of directors. Before Rhodium, he exited Exxova Inc., an IT development and services company, where he grew revenues from zero to over US$80 million. Prior to this, Koneru was a partner and CEO of Lanco Global Systems, Inc. where he successfully turned around three underperforming IT companies. Before Lanco, Koneru worked for a large systems integrator at GE Power Systems in the United States, leading a team of over 200 consultants to provide business intelligence solutions worldwide. Koneru holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.

Ashish Srivastava is the Chief Commercial Officer of Triterras.

He is a certified blockchain expert who has over 17 years of experience in technology and innovation.

Ashish began his career in the B2B industry as a business consultant, managing several software and security projects in track & trace technologies, Fintech solutions and mobile applications.

Ashish has worked on several security and automation turnkey projects for the Singapore and Dubai governments. He also worked on financial inclusion projects in the Fintech space for Indian banks.

Ashish holds an MBA from the International Institute of Information Technology in Pune, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

Prior to joining Triterras, Mr. Kapoor held roles as Managing Director at Bank of Singapore, Managing Director at Citigroup, and Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Kapoor was also a Board level Advisor for one of the largest Canadian alternative Asset Management firms, as well as Vice Chairman for a NASDAQ-listed entity.

Organizations under Mr. Kapoor’s administration have been awarded for outstanding achievement as top-performing overseas subsidiaries. From early level startups to the most successful subsidiaries on a global scale, Mr. Kapoor has a proven track record with the creation and successful exit of numerous complex, structured financial vehicles.

Aside from being well-known as a seasoned banking professional, Mr. Kapoor has been an investor and board member on various economic empowerment projects, which includes the launch of Barclays “Smart Start” education program, a community investment initiative that builds financial capability within local communities. Mr. Kapoor had also implemented a program that specifically focuses on reaching individuals in the prison system. Since then, he has continued to support underserved groups by offering training and guidance on basic financial acumen.

Ram currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Triterras.

Ram brings with him over 19 years of experience across various industries in business development, technology, commodity trade finance and trade in soft commodities, metals, petroproducts, and shipping, across various geographies, including the Middle-East, India, Europe, Americas and South East Asia.

Ram has led Treasury and Corporate Finance functions of large commodity houses in Singapore and in the Middle-East.

Ram has completed his post graduate programme at University of Westminster in the United Kingdom.
