Departure of Director

On April 27, 2023, Triterras, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Kenneth Stratton, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), pursuant to which Mr. Stratton resigned as a member of the Board, as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, and as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective April 30, 2023. Mr. Stratton has served as a Class I director on the Board since November 10, 2020. Mr. Stratton resigned from the Board for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board.
